Newt’s Gingrich-supports Scozzafa? Compromising is the Problem in Our America

November 2, 2009 in A Fight For Our Culture, Conservative Philosophy, The 2nd Civil War by cvlambson

http://www.onenewsnow.com/Politics/Default.aspx?id=735624 is the address of an important article. In this article, Newt tries to explain his support of RINO-Scozzafa by saying that she is better than the Democrat. That answer goes to the very core of our problems in government. Politicians compromise at all costs to get a majority. The right does not have to cater and beg the middle-of-the-road-luke-warm republicans. In fact, in catering it dilutes the mission and vision of the Republican conservative party.

Truth does not compromise. If you support evil of any sort you are no better than the perpetrators themselves. The right is constant. The right never compromises. The right I am speaking of is not the right of politics, it is the universal truth of right and wrong. Better to stand with the right and die trying, than to compromise your morals and befriend the wrong. They are not the friend of this nation. They have been deceived by their own selfish greed and the greed and sloth of the  populace, who want something for nothing and should become the victims of their own idleness.

Thusly, it is not the governments job to be charitable. It is the families and churches of the nation. Help from the government  destroys the  freedom of the citizenry and enslaves them in an ever tightening, ever thickening web of complacency until they can no longer move in their little cocoon that the benevolent government supplied for them.

Thanks, but no thanks. I choose to-by the sweat of my brow and the toil of my hands-build my future. Should I need help, it is incumbent upon me to seek out help from my family and my church. This is the way we work in America; or should I say, the way it is supposed to work.

If this nation adopts ideals that are different from those necessary to keep it free and vibrant then we will reap the whirlwind of an angry G_d who set up this nation as a bastion of freedom and opportunity. He will not be happy when we leave his side to walk in strange easy paths and fight against the right.

So we must raise our voices loud and long to penetrate the hearts of those leaving the path of the gospel and following the temptations of a wicked world. If we fail, the nation fails. If we succeed the nation endures. Fear not little flock let earth and hell combine against you when you are built upon the rock of our redeemer, we need not fear anything or anyone.

Will We Survive the Trauma Of Obama

http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/10/the_trauma_of_obama.html

This portion of an article from The American Thinker strikes a cord in my heart and is our answer. Let it be in our hearts and on our minds, for the few must be vocal, not loud, not angry but consistent, wise, and sane. Please go read the rest of this and pass it on to any who fear the loss of our freedom, or to any who have this little feeling that something is terribly wrong concerning this radical Obama and his henchmen.

There’s a final “F,” the most formidable one, the one taking root and flourishing all across the country:  it’s faith.  Faith in a Higher Power or ourselves or the American system or its people.

The Trauma of Obama

By Robin of Berkeley

Ordinary citizens rising up, like a phoenix.  This awakening might prove to be Obama’s most enduring legacy.

The miracle of a soccer mom attending a protest for the very first time;  an elderly man bravely stepping up to the mike at a Town Hall;  strangers forming life long bonds at Tea Parties or online, at sites like American Thinker.  People like me snapping out of the leftist trance.

In time, the Trauma of Obama may be overshadowed by the Mock of Barack:  people speaking up, from Bozeman to Boise to Boston — and refusing to become one of Obama’s hench men or victims.

When I behold the courage and dignity of my fellow citizens, I recall a powerful Buddhist tale:

The cruelest, most violent Samurai in Japan decides he wants to become enlightened.  He bursts into the home of an esteemed Zen Master and demands that the Master teach him how to become enlightened.

The Zen Master looks deeply into his eyes and says, “No. You are a dirty, vicious Samurai.  I will not teach you.”

Enraged,  the Samurai yanks out his sword and places it right at the Zen Master’s neck.  He hollers, “Do you have any idea who I am?  I am the cruelest Samurai in the world.  I can cut your throat and not blink an eye.”

Without skipping a beat, the Master calmly responds, “Do you have any idea who I am?  I can let you slit my throat and not blink an eye.”

The Samurai falls to his knees, sobbing, overcome by the presence of a man mightier than his sword.

Those of us who are paying attention know the truth.  With our eyes and hearts and minds wide open, we see them; we’re on to them.

Emboldened by faith and righteous anger, we confront the Powers that Be.

Carrying our children’s future; sheltered by the strong arms of our forbearers; awash with grace; we speak in one thunderous voice.

We say,

“We know who you are.

“Do you have any idea who we are?”

(You may shoot me with your words,

You may cut me with your eyes,

You may kill me with your hatefulness,

But still, like air, I’ll rise.)

The Death of Journalism/ Illegal is Illegal

September 16, 2009 in By Their Fruits, Conservative Philosophy by cvlambson

I was reading an article BY LEE ROOD,  SEPTEMBER 16, 2009  on the front page of the Desmoines Register online. There was an article that talked about arrests in Iowa this last year of Illegals. It was basically trying to make us feel sorry that 67% of those arrested had no prior convictions. My response would be, Well sonny, not anymore. 100% of them should have prior convictions now, for they have committed a felony.

The objectivity of those doing the reporting has long since vanished. They have been brainwashed by their professors in their colleges and universities. They have become narrow-minded while claiming their progressiveness, which in and of itself is such a narrow view, even a religion to these who have been duped.

Here are a couple of truths: #1 illegal is illegal.

#2 A Nation cannot continue endlessly without an allegiance to its borders language and culture. Without such allegiance, the necessary restraint of the citizenry is lost to the divided loyalty of the stew pot, causing selfishness to rule the judgement of said citizenry and an onslaught of imaginary rights ensues. “One for all and all for one,” disappears, and an attitude of, “everything for me” begins to prevail, which allows tyrants to rise to power to satisfy the wants of the greedy over the needs of the whole.

It’s ok to fail

September 15, 2009 in By Their Fruits, Conservative Philosophy by cvlambson

The September 11th terrorist attack rippled through the entire US economic system. Have you forgot? 2.65% GDP is a miracle. Given the blow to our system of the attacks. Logical economical and social explanations can be given for each of these numbers that would show that the numbers are astounding given the ripple effect of SEPTEMBERR 11th.

The war costs are astronomical Oh yeah, that’s right. We didn’t need to do anything about little old Saddam. Besides it wasn’t any of us under his dictatorship, or in his rape rooms, let alone huge American interests in the region, oil. I wish we had gone in for oil. I am tired of paying for my pickup to be filled up.

Freedom never has been free. We are fighting for our way of life. There really are evil people in the world who still seek to enslave those around them, AS THERE ALWAYS HAVE BEEN!!! You, who want to pacify yourself into thinking that psychosis can be reasoned with, delude yourself into a false understanding of humanity’s weaknesses. All the while, the psychosis creeps closer to your door and closer to your life to TEAR IT APART.

The attitude of countries towards the US is largely based on what they see on the 6:00 o’clock news, and the media’s manipulation of info, the propaganda of the liberal media worldwide as it pushes its agenda of Socialism. I still believe we don’t need the government to take care of us. What have they ever done well except fight for us. Name one thing, other than fight, the government has done well. Time after time, it comes up with plans that fail, ‘the war on drugs”, “the war on poverty’, “the war on alcohol”; yet, some, thinking that, miraculously, this time it’s going to be different, still push for cradle to grave security that has made us a weak and sniveling populace prone to blame all but ourselves for our circumstances. Handouts do nothing but enslave the receivers of the handouts.

People fail, suffer, lose their homes, starve, and die. It’s failure that makes us strong and we need to be stronger to withstand the trials of life. Our charity is there to help those in need, but when it is forced, it becomes a burden and as is written in scripture, the reward of the giver is received. This idea that we all MUST help happens to be the same plan that Satan put forward in the preexistence.  His plan was to make sure that all would return by force. God wisely chose Christ’s plan of the perfect example of how to live life and gave us all the opportunity to follow him, of our free choice not by government mandate.

Some would say, “malarkey, God commands”. Yes, he does, yet he does not force us. It is our moral choice to follow or not to follow. That is why we are here to make choices and grow or decline through the choices that we make. The consequences of God will come. Socialists, Marxists, Communists however, give you no choice of following or not. They command and enforce the consequences immediately, giving us no opportunity to do good, thus using the bonzai method to make us what they want us to be, quiet contributors, robots in their causes. To them we can do no good, must be ordered to help, and don’t know well enough for ourselves what we should do for our children.

Don’t you love the diatribes of the liberals about building people up while their policies do nothing but increase the self doubt concerning the goodness and abilities that lie within all to choose to “do good” for those around us.

Go ahead, continue to believe the rhetoric, and put liberals in office. Move our nation towards Socialism. What you will find is what every society that tried socialism found, higher taxes, and only the appearance of ease, less motivation and more apathy, less exceptionalism and more people working only for a paycheck, less freedom and more cloistering of the courageous spirit of our people. One day you’ll wake up and wonder, like the frogs that didn’t jump out of the pot that was warming, where your country went. Darwinism may, by then, have unveiled to you the strongest and cruelest of the masses and subjected your heart-felt-passivism to their ruling class

The part that Social Progressives don’t understand about our society is this. As they acquiesce on the principles of borders, language, and culture, calling it diversity, they weaken the foundation that holds the society  together. Our forefathers wisely, some say even by divine intervention, set up a system that became the greatest of all on earth. Among the underlying principles were guidelines that were designed to hold the huge landmass of states together in a cohesive unit, the united states.  It was this unity that Lincoln demanded and that immigration policy, before Ted Kennedy and his ilk realized they needed more people to help, so that they could win elections, upheld. this concept. It is the fire that heats the melting pot, which homogenizes the people from all nations, kindred, and tongues into the United States of America it’s not supposed to be a stew pot.

We Need a Return to the Gospel

May 3, 2009 in A Fight For Our Culture, Conservative Philosophy by cvlambson

If you feel that the Republican party is off track, why would you use McCain as a spokesman. Why also is the Republican Party doing an “outreach”  tour. The last thing that the republican party needs is an outreach tour. That is what McCain and his ilk have been doing their entire time in politics is watering down conservative values so they can appear bipartisan to a group of people that have no intention of being bipartisan.

At this time, we do not need bipartisan ship we need leaders who will not compromise the values of the country to get along. This is the time when truth must arise from the ashes, shake off the lies of their progressive alliance and raise a hand of allegience to: personal responsibility, fiscal responsibility, moral responsibility, and all other principles that are opposite of progressivism, collectivism and the other isms that we have allowed as electorate to sneak their way into society by the means of educational propoganda and political/ judicial activivism.

The America your great grandparents knew is disappearing, all under the guise of economical rebuilding. We must say no to watered down conservatism and democracy. We must say no to the secular humanism and reverse what has been done to the constitution from Woodrow Wilson to now. We must demand: first the repeal of the 16th and 17th amendments. Then, we must demand a balanced budget amendment. After that is done, we must  institute term limits for these power hungry politicians.

If the common man/woman who wants to serve this country and run for political office finds that the government is too hard too run, then government is too big and complicated to run, It surely is involved in things it shouldn’t be, and should shrink until it is simple enough for an individual with regular intelligence to run. The states should be taking care of their own situations. This is what was intended by our forefathers. I will attempt to tell you about the evolution of the federal government from what it was to the behemoth it is in future blogs.

Following that, we must demand a constitutional amendment in every state clarifying that marriage is between a man and a woman. Also, we must stop the murder of the unborn. If this is done, the country will right itself, because these are eternal principles that do not change based on the vanity and pride of man.

Many will scream about their individual freedom being lost; However, we should have been screaming louder when they took our freedom away in the first place and handcuffed the spirit of the Lord from being in this land. We got the Lord’s help when the country was founded as witnessed to  by the founding fathers in their writing.

We must go again to the Lord to help us overcome this onslaught to the Judeo-Christian foundations of this land.
